About Carlton Bingo

Carlton Bingo is the famous UK bingo club operator who also offers their great bingo games to online players as well. Thousands of people play with Carlton every week at land-based clubs and online as well. The National Game £50,000 was won in their Stirling club recently.

Carlton was formed in 1998 after a management buyout from the four directors; Peter Perrins/George Carter/Brian King/Chris Barr, from Taylor Clarke who operated CAC Leisure. (Caledonian Associated Cinemas 1935 to 1986), who also owned a cinema chain, Littlejohn’s restaurants, Inverness Ice Rink and Joanna’s nightclub Elgin.

They operated around 18 clubs across Scotland and North East England, (CAC bought the Fairworld Chain in the North East in 1995. They opened their first new builds in 2005 in Inverness & Fife, and now have 13 clubs plus a cafe bar in Livingston and cafe in East Kilbride.

The directors have now retired and two newly appointed directors Mike Watret and Leslie Ross run the show and at the time of writing, supported by Shaun Gibson in an operations role.
